The East Coast Trail

I have family that live along this route about a stones throw from the East Coast Trail, and they are avid hikers so we try to get out and enjoy as much of this scenery as possible during visits downhome.   The entire coastline here feels magical.  

The photo reference for this painting was taken on a glorious summer day, the fog had gone, the ocean was calm, and blueberries were ripening.  I can't wait to go back.

 The East Coast Trail is painted in acrylic on prepared wood panel, sealed and mounted in a custom built black pine frame.  Outside dimesions are 17x25"
