Ideas for deliverables to add to your list:
Make a cool custom mask and turn it in!
Take a picture of the team in our masks and ask to have it put on our team page.
List of activities for teen night and who can do them.
Menu if you are serving food and steps needed to get the food.
List of duties for team members at your event
Create a list of questions to ask at focus groups.
Make a sign in sheet for people coming to our event; turn that in after.
Contact Nelson, our favorite CTC therapy dog, about coming to our event. (see photo, right)
Email to our city councilors to let them know we are coming to a meeting.
Write out talking points when talking to *whoever*
Create an flier and instagram post to let everyone know about your event, include # for the caption.
Email the principal, nurse, coaches, etc. at your school and ask them to promote your event.
Invite other school groups to do an activity at your event (ex. basketball team run a game, Sources of Strength have an activity)
Pick out a movie to show and find out how to get permission to show it at a public event!
Story board for your video (includes a bulleted list of pictures/videos and voice over script for your video)
Record voice over for your video.
Create a video & photo library to use for video and start putting stuff in there!
These are just ideas! Be creative and add other deliverables that will help you accomplish your goal(s)!
Ideas for a photo of what you want to happen:
We picture an event with all kinds of kids having fun together at night.
We imagine teachers teaching using the curriculum we helped with.
We picture a 2023 data report that has OUR data in it!
We imagine City of Golden/Lakewood passing a budget that includes money specifically for teen spaces for the next fiscal year.
We see students who are lonely arriving at our teen night and meeting new people and a therapy dog-- and smiling.
