All Big Group meetings take place on Thursdays starting at 4 PM and ending at 5:30, except if marked with a * which means it ends at 6 PM. Please check your email for a Zoom link and passcode a day before each meeting.

There are 3 types of things to go to for your internship.

Each intern will go to:

• 5 Large group meetings

  • • Attend large group Jeffco CTC youth meetings, including 2 kick off meetings, 2 planning meetings and 1 celebration.

    • One of our meetings is a presentations to leaders in our community! You will create a 3-6 minute video about your project, then present your video at our Jeffco CTC Youth Voices Conference on April 28th, 2022 from 4-6 PM.

That's a total of 19 meetings/ events/ activities for the

• 8 Project group meetings (this page)

  • • Work with your Community Advisor on a project at your team meetings. See the projects here.

• 5 Events

  • Host at least 1 event with your team-- and invite both your friends & the other interns to attend (this could be a group art project, a Teen Spaces night, a focus group... or another event you think of). You can also open up your event to other youth in the community, if you want to.

  • You also will go to 4 (or more!) events hosted by other intern groups, one of which has to be the town hall on February 17th, 2022 from 4-6 PM.
