Show Band
Directors: Tyler Long / Becky Winger / Jeremiah Boes
The Show Band is an extra-curricular group that performs at Jefferson High School boys' and girls' home basketball games. Rehearsals for the Show Band begin in November/December, and performances typically run from December through February.

PIt Orchestra
Directors: Tyler Long / Becky Winger
The Pit Orchestra is a volunteer, extra-curricular ensemble that performs as a part of the fall musical production. Students are placed in the Pit Orchestra by audition and Director recommendation. The Pit Orchestra generally rehearses one to two times per week, from October to November, and performances for the musical are usually in mid-November.
FEX Band
Directors: Rico Moser
The FEX Band is an audition-based extra-curricular ensemble that accompanies the show choirs at Jefferson High School. This group performs at competitions and choir concerts throughout the year. Members of the FEX Band have opportunities to perform, travel, and gain experience playing a wide variety of musical styles.
Mr. Moser is an alumnus of Jefferson High School, and in addition to directing the FEX band, he helps by teaching trumpet sectionals and private lessons at Jefferson HS.
