Apparently it startled Truman so much that when he spun around to see who said it he forgot to first move his shoes.
But apparently some of the others who were there - like the one on Patton's right for instance - just thought it was funny.
But now maybe we know too much!

The last thing you're supposed to do after being allowed by divine providence itself to actually survive a war as 'destructive' as that one is to then go off into the woods looking for wild life to shoot at. What this country now needs are fewer journalistic geniuses and a complete and utter 'over sight' of all three branches of govt by the entire 'military industrial complex'. Just until global things quiet down. And that includes elections - suspend them when necessary to prevent potential disasters, eg. mayoral elections in NYC. Otherwise some green haired pop diva 'thing' will eventually be sitting right in that oval office and as you know it would be a disaster!
It's the perfect 'turn key' solution - no structures of governance need to be otherwise messed with or silenced, just 'steered from above'.
And when federal elections are finally allowed again these must be the new age requirements -
