　このたび以下の要領にて、2025年度大会ならびに総会を開催いたします。

• 【日時】：2025年12月14日（日）12時50分開場

• 【会場】：東京都立大学南大沢キャンパス（対面のみでの開催です）

  • 参加には事前の申込が必要です。本会会員の方は、お送りしたメイルに記載されている申込フォームより、【12月10日（水）】までにお申し込みを願いいたします。

A call for speakershe of the 2025 Annual Workshop of the JASCS. 

We are pleased to announce that our 2025 annual workshop will be held in person as follows. We invite members to submit papers for presentation.

• Date: December 14, 2025 (Sun.), 13:00-17:00 (Japan Time)

  • Please note that the starting and ending times may be subject to change.

  • We will hold the general meeting after the workshop.

• Location: Minami-Osawa Campus, Tokyo Metropolitan University, Tokyo, Japan

  • In-person only. No online streaming available.

• Schedule: 30 minutes for presentation and 15 minutes for discussion.

• Submission materials: Your name, paper title, and a 300-400 word abstract. 

• Submit to: journal.jascs@gmail.com

  • Please note that this is not my usual email address.

• Submission deadline: October 31, 2025 (Fri.)

The Board of Directors will review the submissions and select the presenters. Once selected, we will ask you to provide an English title of your paper.

Call for Presenters: The 2025 annual workshop of the JASCS.

The 2025 annual workshop of the JASCS. will be held as follows. 

We are calling for papers and encouraging members to submit theirs.

• Date & Time：Sunday, June 15, 2025, 13:00–17:00 (tentative).

• Venue：Aoyama Gakuin University (Shibuya, Tokyo. specific room to be determined).

•  Note：This event will be held in person only. There will be no online participation.

• Presentation Time：30 minutes for presentation and 15 minutes for discussion.

• Application Deadline：May 15, 2025.

• Apply here：Those who wish to present are required to submit a summary of approximately 300 to 400 words (Japanese, Chinese, or English). Presenters will be selected through a review process by the board of directors. Once selected, presenters will be required to submit a title and an abstract of their presentation in another language.

　『華南研究』編集委員会では、みなさまからのご投稿をお待ちしております。「論説」・「研究ノート」、また華南地域における「現場報告（体験記）」・「史資料紹介」・「書評」・「学会参加記」などの原稿を幅広く受け付けております。

　今年度（第11号、2025年12月刊行予定）の投稿期日は、【2025年６月30日】です。
