Subject: Regulation of Minister of Law and Human Rights number 26 of 2020 on visa and stay permit in the new normal.

As per Permemkumham 26 the Direktorat Genderal Immigrasi (DGI) introduced the e -Visa. The e- Visa which can be obtained at the new normal are for purpose; business (B211A), expert worker (C312), investor (C313 or C314), family (C317) and retirement (C319). The e-Visa for business purpose (B211A) is valid for 60 days and extendible maximum 4 times, each extension for extra 30 days. It is no longer needed to go to the Indonesian Embassy in your home country to apply for a visa. The e-Visa will be forwarded by Jasa Eka and end in your mail box without visiting any embassy. Once you received the e-Visa, you have 90 days to enter Indonesia before it will be cancelled.

Further documents you need beside your e-Visa to enter Indonesia are:

1. A negative PCR test document before departure.

2. A return ticket.

3. Fill in e-HAC form https://inahac.kemkes.go.id/

Also health protocols needs to be followed.
