An e-KTP is an Indonesian version identity card. An e-KTP must be applied within the regency where you live.

WNI dan WNA yang sudah mempunyai Kartu Izin Tinggal Tetap (KITAP) telah berumur 17 (tujuh belas) tahun atau telah/pernah kawin wajib memiliki KTP elektronik yang berlaku secara nasional dan wajib dibawa saat bepergian. KTP elektronik baru dapat diterbitkan setelah penduduk melakukan perekaman dan diterbitkan kembali ketika KTP‐el rusak, hilang, dan perubahan elemen data.
Indonesian Citizens and Foreign Citizens (who have a Permanent Stay Permit Card (Kitap)) who are 17yo or have/have been married are required to have an electronically valid national ID card and must be taken while traveling. Electronic ID card can only be issued after residents record and are re-issued when the KTP are damaged, lost and changes in data elements.
Note: Since month of October 2020, for foreigners it can also be issued an e-KTP.

1. Form F1, F1.20, F1.64, F1 10, F1 08 signed by Banjar/Lurah/Camat.
2. Family Card (Original) of the sponsor.
3. Foto Copy Birth Certificate.
4. Foto Copy Marriage Certificate.
5. Foto Copy Passport.
6. Foto Copy Kitap legalized by Immigration office.
7. STM / Police Registration original.
8. Pas Photo 2x3cm = 2 pieces.
9. Foto Copy IMTA (if work in Indonesia).
Service fee: IDR 1.000.000 (not include fee for banjar/lurah/camat).
