VIDEOS

I use music to facilitate our daily closing routine, prior to dismissal. My students immediately kick into gear when they hear this song and get ready to review reminders and homework before being dismissed. I have student helpers doing all sorts of jobs during this section of class.

I create personalized videos for all lessons taught in class - this is a great way to differentiate for those who are absent or those who need a little extra time with content in a different setting. This clip is from a video in which I review the best practices for using IXL to help students grow.

During this lesson, I gave my students the opportunity to get artistic and create art pieces related to our unit on circles. I explain the purpose of our activity, provide clear directions, and set expectations for classroom behavior so that the project runs smoothly.
