The JacksStats Services are provided by Martin Ryan at no cost and are intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies for the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use my Services.
If you choose to use my Services, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Services. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in my Terms and Conditions unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
Registration Data - For access and security reasons you must provide: Name; Email address; and Password. The security access service is provided by Google Inc’s Firebase Authorisation service.
Device data – device ids used to access the mobile application are stored to enable notifications to be sent. Devices that have not accessed the application in the last 90 days will be removed at the next successful user login.
Coach Data – A user of the mobile application is referred to as a coach. Your name will be displayed in searches by other coaches. They will also be able to see your location and biography if you have provided this information. This is to enable them to request to view or contribute to your statistics. You can refuse these requests and withdraw permission at any time.
Player data – The following information is collected by users about players: Name; Team; Squad Number; match statistics. You may also store the following personal information about the players: DoB; Weight; Age; These fields are optional. You are responsible for obtaining the players’ permission to hold and disclose this players’ information. This information is shared with coaches you have given permission to view your statistics.
I may access your data for support, performance and operational reasons. I may disclose information to others for these purposes.
Log Data - Whenever you use my Services, in a case of an error in the mobile application I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the mobile application when utilizing my Services, the time and date of your use of the Services, and other statistics.
Cookies - Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. The Services do not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the Services may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse my cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of these Services.
Data deletion - You should be aware that if you delete your account some of your data that you have shared with others may have been copied and stored in their data collections and will still be available to them

I may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
To facilitate the Services;
To provide the Services on my behalf;
To perform Service-related services; or
To assist me in analyzing how the Services are used.
I want to inform users of these Services that these third parties have access to their Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on my behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
Security
I value your trust in providing your Personal Information, thus I strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I will immediately delete this. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided me with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do the necessary actions.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
