The IWGDM is a working group of the IWA/IAHR Joint Committee on Urban Drainage (JCUD). IWGDM aims to furthering research and disseminating knowledge and technology related to data collection and modelling of urban drainage systems. This working group organises a conference known as the International Conference on Urban Drainage Modelling (UDM)

Workshops at Novatech 2023
Two workshops organised by members of the IWGDM will take place on 3rd July 2023 during Novatech 2023 (Lyon, France):
the workshop Urban wet-weather flows: Designing the water quality monitoring of the future is organised by Luca Vezzaro (luve@dtu.dk | DTU, Denmark) and Lena Mutzner (lena.mutzner@eawag.ch | Eawag, Switzerland).
the workshop Fast models for urban flood simulations: future perspectives in the era of ubiquitous data is organised by João P. Leitão (joaopaulo.leitao@eawag.ch | Eawag, Switzerland), Peter Bach (peter.bach@eawag.ch | Eawag, Switzerland) and Ana Deletic (ana.deletic@qut.edu.au | QUT, Australia).
