It seems that God has given me special favor the past 24 hours as this morning I went to leave my hotel and get an Uber back to the airport and, once again, my driver's name was Mohammad! Initially, I thought it was the same guy and I would have round two of our discussion; however, it was a completely new guy! At first I questioned my memory and asked Mohammad if he was the same person to drive me last night, but he must've misunderstood me as he answered "yes" but later answered "no". Last night's Mohammad was from Africa, and this new Mohammad didn't look African or sound African, and that's probably because this Mohammad is from Iran. So, I started over - this time using my last driver as the conversational archway. I told him that my previous driver was named Mohammad and how we had discussed Islam because he was a Muslim. I asked the new one if he also was Muslim, which he affirmed; however, he has only been a Muslim for 6 months. I was puzzled and asked why he was named Mohammad, but he told me that it is a very common name in Iran. Curious about why he recently converted to Islam, I asked him some more questions relating to what pursuaded his religious changes; however, he told me that his English is not very good and was having a hard time conversing. So, I gave the poor guy a break  from translating while we entered the airport drive. I wasn't feeling like my work was done, so, as I was unloading my bags from his car with him, I thanked him and gave him a document that Nick and I have made which details the Islamic Dilemma (glad I packed those!). I told him that I've done some studying of Islam and would love to share with him what I've learned. I didn't honestly expect him to accept it, but he seemed to accept it without hesitation. This is a very simple document and argument, and I pray that the true God would use it to guide Mohammad to the truth of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ! Praise God for such easy setups and for the flight issues which have permitted me to reach these Muslims! May the Lord of the harvest bring fruit from the small seeds I've been blessed to scatter in these conversations! Where are you being invited by God into evngelistic conversations?
