In general, it is easiest to request the worksheet or packet in a digital format direct from the teacher. If the file obtained from the teacher is not in a fillable format, OneNote offers the option to insert a file (PDF, docx, etc.) as a printout, that can then be "set as the background;" this then allows for text or drawings to be added directly onto the image.
Office Lens works well to convert print materials to a digital format, as there is the option to add text onto the image after being scanned, even before selecting which program to open it in.

Issaquah School District students have access to a Microsoft 365 account which includes access to the suite of applications and cloud storage. Microsoft 365 includes accessibility features such as Dictation and Immersive Reader which are great resources to support both reading and writing.
