The role of Iron Ladies as Strength coaches, in terms of rehabilitation is to provide:
Programme for injury prevention, guide members / athletes through the programme, ensure safety throughout for overall greater recovery.
Guide patients / members / athletes thought a rehab programme given by physiotherapists for a period until the injury is healed enough to go back to pre-injury training.
Testing on athletes / patients / members in flexibility.
Aid in strength / power development.
Guide in use of plyometrics for all.
Communicate with other care providers on their overall improvements.
