I'm the owner and head coach in iron ladies. I'm a Celbridge native, an ex-gymnast, strong woman and I'm so happy to be able to provide this important service to the women in Celbridge and beyond. I'm a strength and conditioning coach, trained in Setanta college and went on to get my CPPC qualification in pre and post natal coaching with menopause included.
I worked in the performance clinic in Celbridge for many years so some of you will know me from there, I had a vast amount of experience in the clinic and learned so much working with the physios, and working alongside the head strength coach who also trained me for many years. I became the strongest best version of myself over these years. I have seen the need for a facility that provides a safe space for women who suffer from prolapse, pelvic floor dysfunction, over 55 that are looking to get stronger and pre and post natal coaching. I have also coached strong man style training, sports specific athletes, under 16s with an interest in a specific sport and helped many rehabilitation patients, including the first well established over 55s class for strength in the locality.
