Blandine [Cherub Archangel of Dreams] Blandine rules over the Heavenly domain of the Marches and watches over people who dream bright dreams. From her tower, she watches over ideas of hope, while her servitors act to prevent mythic monsters and evil spirits from disturbing the Corporeal realm. (She) (Rachel)
David [Malakite Archangel of Stone] One of the primal angels, David is devoted to stability, community and continuity. While not officially acting as patron, David has been supportive of Judaism over the years. His servitors work to support communities and those who build. (He) (Rachel)
Dominic/Dominique [Seraph Archangel of Judgment] The head of Heaven’s inquisition, Dominic makes sure that no angel strays from the path of good. His agents watch over everyone and those who get too friendly with the enemies of Heaven, who disturb the symphony on Earth or who seem in danger of falling will certainly get a visit from her Angels of Judgment. Eli [Mercurian Archangel of Creation] The Archangel of Creation left heaven nearly 50 years ago to explore the world. Many of their servitors have moved on to other Archangels, though some remain faithful to them and view their re-assignments as temporary. Those who still work for creation do so without much guidance and under increased scrutiny. (They) (Ben)
Gabriel [Ofanite Archangel of Fire] Gabriel has long been God’s messenger, though there are those who find her actions suspect. Sharing the Word of Fire with the Demon Prince Belial has not been beneficial to her stability and some worry that she may have mistaken the messages she was to give. Since her trial for heresy(she was acquitted), she has been distrustful of heavenly institutions. Many of her servitors work to punish the guilty and inspire those who need inspiration. Janus [Ofanite Archangel of Wind] As the Archangel of Wind, Janus is the Heavenly agent of change. A mysterious figure by heavenly standards, Janus patronizes those who shake up the status quo for good. Many of their servants are travelers and some are even thieves, though strictly for good. Jean [Elohite Archangel of Lightning] The Archangel of Lightning took over innovation and knowledge from Raphael, the former Archangel of Knowledge. They are keeper of Heavenly technology and their servitors work extensively with humans to help guide the development of science towards good ends, delivering inspiration to those who innovate for good. Jordi [Kyriotate Archangel of Animals] Jordi is the Archangel charged with watching over non-human living things and as such is often at cross purposes with other more human-centered Archangels. They and their servitors work hard to protect animals from incursions into their environments and to preserve the natural world against the modern. They are not very involved in Heavenly politics, preferring to focus on the needs of animals. (They) (Phil)
Khalid [Elohite Archangel of Faith] A former servitor of Uriel, Archangel of Purity, Khalid was passed over for command of Heaven’s armies. He has strongly focused his efforts on supporting faith in the world, though his servitors are required to do so through subtle means. Khalid strongly supports Islam. (He) (Phil)
Laurence [Malakite Archangel of the Sword] Laurence is the general of Heaven’s armies, officially overseeing all soldiers in the War with Hell, though he defers to Michael on larger questions of strategy. A former servitor of Uriel, Archangel of Purity, Laurence was put in charge of the armies of Heaven after Uriel was summoned to the Higher Heavens. His servitors take the fight to the enemy, fighting battles against Demons and recruiting mortals to the war. Laurence strongly supports the Catholic Church. (He) (Ben)
Marc [Mercurian Archangel of Trade] Keeper of the Word of Trade, Marc is devoted to the fair exchange. While other Archangels view the concept of Trade with skepticism, seeing the many abuses exchange is put to, Marc and their servitors are devoted to maintaining the systems that allow for peaceful and fair interactions between people. Marc does not formally or universally support Protestantism, but they are proud of the Protestant work ethic. (They) (Phil)
Michael [Seraph Archangel of War] The Archangel of War is one of the oldest and most powerful beings in the Celestial realm and is Heaven’s chief warrior. Michael has developed a number of enemies over the years, they distrust Dominic since Dominic accused Michael of Vainglory, they distrust Yves as too powerful, and they hold more peaceful Archangels in contempt. Still, few do as much to fight evil as Michael and their servitors. (They) (Resa)
Novalis [Cherub Archangel of Flowers] Novalis is the most peaceful of the Archangels. Her domain of Flowers encompasses both the world of things that grow in the ground and the concept of peace. She is a powerful voice for peace and gentility among the Archangels and she and her servitors work hard to raise the question of peaceful solutions in any conflict. (She) (Ben)
Yves [Unique Archangel of Destiny] Yves is not, strictly speaking an Angel, though they do hold the word of Destiny. In service to Destiny, Yves and their servitors work in mysterious and ineffable ways, nudging the world towards its highest potential. To some, this is reassuring, a sense that someone is working for the greater good. To some, this is overly evasive, untrustworthy. (They) (Ben)
Zadkiel [Cherub Archangel of Protection] Zadkiel is a minor Archangel, but she holds an important Word, especially in light of Heaven’s non-intervention policy. After all, protection can often be achieved without direct action. Zadkiel is fairly neutral in Heavenly politics and gets along with many different Archangels. (She) (Rachel)
