Notes about the Song Sheet

Types of Song

Common- Common Songs are known by all archangels and demon princes and can be taught to anyone.

Secret- Secret Songs are only known by specific archangels and demon princes and are generally limited in their distribution. Check with STs about having these songs.

Angelic/Demonic- These songs are limited to those with the resonance of a specific choir/band.

Ethereal-This song is limited to Ethereal beings.

Lost- Lost songs are no longer known by existing Archangels/Demon Princes. They may be known by natural singers or by Mythical Creatures as natural powers. These cannot be taught.

Some Guidelines for Song Descriptions

Song descriptions are generally open ended, most effects come into play as creating aspects. It's possible to create potential aspects that may be compelled and may affect relevant checks. Additionally, Songs may be used to cause damage, though if they do not explicitly do damage, the difficulty will be increased by one.

Songs vary in power and usefulness in game space. Part of the variety is to give a sense of flavor, part is to allow songs that are thematically appropriate.
