Who Are We?

Talent Acquisition and Development (TAD) is a development initiative in Youth Beyond Boundaries Community. We focus on soft skills development such as leadership and management. We believe that university is the platform for us to sharpen our soft skills and prepare ourselves before getting into workspace. To help our scholars develop their soft skills, we organized development workshops with external, interactive learning session, and mentorship program to prepare our scholars better.
