Andrea Nicole Guilloty Rodríguez is a third year student at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez (UPRM) who is currently pursuing a Bachelors in Science in Biology with a minor in Business Administration. Although she is not clear on what she wants to specialize in, she is exploring different areas to discover her passion. A way she is doing this is by being the Chief Communications Officer (CCO) of iGEM RUM. Her tasks as the CCO consist of writing the agendas and minutes of the team meetings, taking assistance of all the activities via an assistance list, processes permit in the University and collaborates with the CMO and CFO in the social-financial platforms. She values a lot open mindedness, integrity, organization, and responsibility in her work area. Andrea believes and hopes as de CCO of iGEM RUM many opportunities of professional and personal growth will come to her while mixing both, her mayor and minor.

Andrea loves spending time with her family and friends, and watching drama series. She also enjoys doing volunteer work with the Lions Club at her hometown, Las Marías, student associations at UPRM, and a summer camp. Her current goals are to become more ecological, skydive, learn various languages including American Sign Language, and travel the world.
