Challenge: Edit website copy into a version that has enough information for the user to get all the information they need about the platform, what they can do with it and how they can start using it.

Solution: Update website copy using simple, clear and concise language for both users - the product/service providers & the customers who use the platform to look for a business around them.

How I Helped:

Collaborated with the product manager to decide on the voice & tone for the product.

Re-wrote the website copy on the landing page with the product manager to make it refreshed, packed with the relevant information for the users, and as simple and concise as possible.

Tested copy with target users and iterated based on testing results.
