On 11th November, 2020 IEI-IEM Students’ Chapter, Electrical Engineering Department has successfully arranged a webinar on “Energy and environment problems facing the third world and their probable solutions for sustainable development and poverty alleviation” by esteemed author Prof. Dr D.P. Kothari. 

In this session speaker explained about energy generation, energy management and energy conservation. He also explained how new renewable energies have has significant impact on all over the world and due to the current power sector scenario the challenges faced for grid integration. Finally he has lightened up the probable solutions along with the future opportunities.
