Reception on June 1

In the evening of June 1, we will have the welcome reception at the conference venue. 

Conference Dinner on June 2

On the second night of the conference, we will have dinner at a nearby venue. 

If you have accompanying persons, please indicate the number when registering. An additional fee will apply.

LUNCH boxes on June 3 and 5

On Wednesday, June 3, most restaurants around the conference venue are closed. So, we provide the lunch box to all attendees.

In the afternoon of June 5, we have an excursion. Before leaving the conference venue, we provide the lunch box to all conference attendees. 

Excursion on June 5

After having lunch on June 5, we will go on an excursion.

We will split into two groups. Group A will take the Castle Town & Maccha Course. Group B will take the Scenic View Course. You can choose either course upon registration. If you have accompanying persons, please indicate the number when registering. An additional fee will apply.

After the excursion, we will meet back at the conference venue for the conference dinner. 

If you have accompanying persons, please indicate the number when registering. An additional fee will apply.

Option for Vegans and Vegetarians 

For the conference dinners and the lunch boxes, you can choose either the vegan/vegetarian menu or the standard menu. Please declare your preference at the time of registration.

We also plan to provide dining information for vegans and vegetarians.
