The system for abstract submission, registration, and hotel reservations will be launched in phases:
Abstract submission: November 2025 → Closed on Jan.5, 2026.
Registration and hotel reservations: Feb. 16 → Closed on Apr. 3, 2026
Please create your account at your initial login, and use the same account throughout the abstract submission, registration, and hotel reservation processes.
It is strongly recommended that you read the instructions of the system carefully before starting the submission.

There are two presentation categories: Oral and poster.
You may submit only one presentation (oral or poster) as the first author.
Please prepare a 400-word abstract consisting of an introduction, method, results, and discussion.
If you wish to apply for the Student Presenter Travel Stipend, please do so during abstract submission. (For more details)
