A dedicated system for abstract submission, registration, and hotel reservations will be launched in phases:
Abstract submission: November 2025
Registration and hotel reservations: about February 2026
Exact dates will be announced on this website. Please create your account when the system opens in November.
There are two presentation categories: Oral and poster.
You may submit only one presentation (oral or poster) as the first author.
Please prepare a 400-word abstract consisting of an introduction, method, results, and discussion.
If you wish to apply for the Student Presenter Travel Stipend, please do so during abstract submission. (For more details)
