Abstract Submission

The system for abstract submission, registration, and hotel reservations will be launched in phases: 

• Abstract submission: November 2025 → Now LIVE!

• Registration and hotel reservations: about February 2026, using the same system as above

Please create your account at your initial login, and use the same account throughout the abstract submission, registration, and hotel reservation processes. 

It is strongly recommended that you read the instructions of the system carefully before starting the submission.

About the abstract submission

• There are two presentation categories: Oral and poster.

• You may submit only one presentation (oral or poster) as the first author.

• Please prepare a 400-word abstract consisting of an introduction, method, results, and discussion.

• If you wish to apply for the Student Presenter Travel Stipend, please do so during abstract submission. (For more details)
