modest proposal

for many years my family enjoyed the Whitaker Community Thanksgiving Dinner prepared by LCC culinary students at the Head Start building on Grand. 

Could the kitchens be used twice a week to prepare community dinners that workmommies can pick up on the way home?  Hearty casseroles, soup, bread, cobbler kinda thing.  People could submit recipes to  be priced and voted on..  Community volunteers and local students would do the work
