「ストーリー上のキャラクター立場」には実は「裏設定」がありまして、「ゲーム内のキャラクターの立場」を「通常」とするなら、「霊界的キャラクターの立場」は「異常」と捉え、さらに「善と悪のキャラクター立場」を考えると「奇異」となります。

「フードアンドレーブ」の世界観にはそう言った「無数のキャラクター立場」というものが存在するため、「全ての立場」を読んで「ゲームを遊ぶ」のは「不可能」とされております。

つまり、縦横無尽且つ、変幻自在に「色々なキャラクターの立場」が示されており、それが「ゲームを通して一堂に会します」。

説明が分かりづらいでしょうが、このような言い方しか出来ません。参考程度に「トルティア」という謎のキャラクター立場について考えてみましょう！

The "character positions in the story" actually have a "backstory", and if the "positions of the characters in the game" are considered "normal", then the "positions of the spiritual characters" are considered "abnormal", and if you consider the "positions of the good and evil characters", then it becomes "strange".

Because there are such "countless character positions" in the world of "Food and Rave", it is said to be "impossible" to "play the game" by reading "all the positions".

In other words, ``various character positions'' are shown in a wide and varied manner, and they ``come together throughout the game.''

This may be difficult to explain, but this is the only way I can put it. As a reference, let's consider the position of the mysterious character known as "Tortia"!

「トルティア」というキャラクターの素顔はまだまだ明かされていませんが、今後のストーリー展開でどんどんと明らかになって行きます。ネタバレは避けたいので、そうですね・・・。

「立ち位置」を話すとなると、彼の「ゲーム的立場」と「地上的立場」と「霊界的立場」と「善悪の立場」という四つに大別されます。

「ゲーム的な立場」から話すと、彼は「トルティ」（準主人公）を「補佐する」役目にあり、同時にトルティに対しての「先輩風」を吹かせてきます。そこから導き出される答えは、「トルティアはトルティが道を外れないようにサポートする役目」を担い、且つ、それでいてトルティに「言う事を聞かせようとする節」が見てとれます。そこから察するに、「兄」のような立場でありながら、「人を部下にしたがる性格」を持つと言えるでしょう。

次に「地上的立場」ですが、「トルティア」には「夢」があり、それを叶えるために多額の資金を必要としているのが分かります。しかし、同時に「多額の借金」を追っているようで、「矛盾していること」が挙げられます。そこから察するに「トルティアは本当の目的を隠す傾向」にあるようです。

次に「霊界的立場」ですが、後のストーリーで明らかになる物事は伏せるとしても、彼は今のところは「霊的」だという「立場」を確立しており、ことあるごとに「勘」で乗り越えようとします。それ故に「頭は悪いのか？」と思われがちですが、そこに一番の「彼のセンス」があると見て間違いありません。つまり、ネタバレなので多くは話せませんが、実は「彼がそう見せている」だけに過ぎないかも知れません。確かでは無いですが。

そして最後「善悪の立場」ですが、彼の立ち位置は「作品的」に見ると「主人公」なのですから「善」に見えます。しかし、「ゲーム的」に見ると、明らかに「犯罪行為」を繰り返していたり、「借金」があったりとまともではありません。故に「ピカレスク」（悪漢武勇）的であることが分かります。しかし、実際に「トルティ」を助ける場面も多くみられますし、何だかんだ「人を木化に至らしめる行為」だけは行っていません。これは、彼のまやかしでしょうか？それとも・・・？

これらをざっと見る限りでは何とも言えませんが、それぞれの「一人のキャラクター」に対してこれだけの「立ち位置」があるのですから、「全ての立場」を考えてキャラクターを見定めようとすると「頭が混乱」して来るでしょう。そういう風に作っているつもりは無いのですが、自然にそうなるようです。

やはり、そこは「キャラクター」以上に「私の謎が大きい」からなのでしょうね・・。ああ、説明に困りました。

「トルティアの全貌」が明かされる日は遠いでしょう。これらの物事だけでこれだけの量なのに、まだ「１００分の一」も話せていないので。（盛っているわけでは無く、真実。）

「トルティアのキャラクター図鑑」だけで彼の内容を話すだけで「１冊」書けますね。余裕で。下手したら「２～３冊」書けるかもしれません。それくらい情報があります。

The character Tortia's true face has yet to be revealed, but it will become clearer as the story progresses. I'd like to avoid spoilers, so yeah...

When it comes to his ``position'', he can be broadly divided into four: his ``game standpoint,'' ``earthly standpoint,'' ``spiritual world standpoint,'' and ``good and evil standpoint.''

Speaking from a ``game standpoint'', he has the role of ``assisting'' Torti (semi-protagonist), and at the same time he has a ``senior-like'' attitude towards Torti. The answer that can be derived from this is that ``Tortilla has the role of supporting Torti so that he does not deviate from the path,'' and at the same time, we can see that he is trying to ``make Torti listen to what he says.'' From this, we can infer that while he is in a "brother"-like position, he has a "personality that wants to make people his subordinates."

Next, from his "earthly position," we can see that Tortia has a "dream" and needs a large amount of money to make it come true. However, at the same time, he seems to be pursuing a ``large amount of debt,'' which is ``contradictory.'' From this, it seems that "Tortia has a tendency to hide his true purpose".

Next, regarding his "spiritual position", even if he hides things that will be revealed later in the story, for now he has established his "position" as "spiritual", and whenever something happens he tries to overcome it with his "intuition". Because of this, people tend to think, "Is he stupid?", but there is no doubt that this is where "his sense" lies most. In other words, I can't say much because it would be a spoiler, but in fact it may just be that "he makes it look that way". I'm not sure though.

And finally, regarding his "position of good and evil", from the perspective of the work, he is the "protagonist", so he appears to be "good". However, if you look at it from a ``game'' perspective, it is obvious that they are not normal, as they repeatedly commit ``criminal acts'' and have ``debts.'' Therefore, it can be seen that it has a "picaresque" (villainous heroism) style. However, there are many scenes where he actually helps "Torti", and no matter what, he never does anything that would turn people to wood. Is this just him pretending? Or maybe...

It's hard to say from a quick glance, but since there are so many "positions" for each "character", if you try to identify the characters by considering "all positions", you will get "confused". I don't intend to make it that way, but it seems to happen naturally.

I guess that's because "the mystery of me is greater" than the "characters". Ah, I'm having trouble explaining it.

It will be a long time before "the whole picture of Torti" is revealed. Even though these things alone amount to so much, I haven't even been able to tell you even 1/100th of it. (Not exaggerating, but the truth.)

I could write a book about Tortia's character encyclopedia just by talking about him. Easily. If I'm not good at it, I might be able to write ``2-3'' books. There is that much information.
