Some of the weirder and unexpected problems are listed here and how to resolve them.

• During HSINMUN XV, the Projector in the Multifunction room exploded (pretty rare, especially it shouldn't happen after the renovations in the Multifunction room).

  • Solved by asking Miss Casey, and used a portable projector that Miss Jess had.

• The Multifunction room did not have working AUX ports (It should be fixed in this 2021 renovation)

  • Use the wireless mics there, and remember their batteries run out pretty quickly.

  • Play around with the power and sound control buttons if it doesn't work.

• Several HDMI/VGA Cables did not work (All tech equipment was replaced in 2021).

  • Solved by re-plugging it in, or actually use the screws.

• Videos from the Press team may be encoded into a Mac video file, or be on a Mac-formatted Drive, It will not work on Windows OS laptops, make sure you have a USB that can work on both OS with you at most times, or you will be sweating your face off.

  • Or just simply have proper communication with the press team well before the ceremonies.
