IT Coordinator needs to make sure that everything (adaptors, cables, etc.) is brought back into the committee boxes, using the spreadsheet made previously to check.
First of all, the situation should be very chaotic, so at this time you need to allocate the tech admins to the committee rooms to help the committee admins to pack up the rooms.
Like one handles all the committees in one building, etc.
Once the committee boxes are brought back to the "HQ" you will need to have a checklist of sorts to make sure that all of the HSINMUN equipment are properly returned to storage for the next conference.
Technically this room can be cleaned up right when the Approval Panel Closes, simply just assign someone tech or ask admin heads to send someone to help return the room back to its normal state.
Return tables to where they came from, help with the Chromebook cart and the printer, also wipe the floor with a mop or something.
Honestly, You will know what to do when the time comes.
Especially if you have been an admin before.
