This step can be done as soon as you receive the files, so best to get this done and over with.

The Core part of this step is to edit all the "Identifications" meaning changing the number after "HSINMUN" e.g. "HSINMUN XV" --> "HSINMUN XVI" and to change the dates on the Certificates.

• It would be done in Photoshop and Word, which then are converted to PDF files.

You have the freedom to change the aesthetics of all three, such as changing the accent colors of the lanyards and placards (though each committee will need to have consistent color)

• For HSINMUN XVI, I made all of the colors brighter compared to previous years, though its effect was negligible.

You also have the freedom whether to include or not include more affiliation logos on all three.

• HSINMUN Logo is a must, don't take that off. Duh.

Otherwise the steps for the three documents are pretty similar.
