So, this is a little overview of the online conference of HSINMUN XVII, and a little explanation on what we do as IT Coordinators, in the case that HSINMUN is moved to an Online Environment.
2021 for Taiwan is an interesting year, while everyone was on track to recovery, we were on the opposite side of the road, lots of things were affected, such as HISNMUN being moved online...

“Good thing about online conferences is that you get more sleep as an IT-Coordinator and you don't have to do and walk as much.”
—Yu-An Lai (HSINMUN XVII IT-Coordinator)
Make Certificates for every single participant (sort by each participating school because the school have to mail/ship the certificates to them; it would be more convenient for everyone) — school might vary
Delegates
Chairs
Advisors
Press Team
Working Team
Secretariat Team
No Admins
Make sure certificates are sorted by school and give the PDF to the organizers for them to print
During the conference you might not have much to do since you can't teleport to their location and fix their tech so:
There would be computers that hosts the online meetings and make sure that:
Chair and President gets the “Host” position
Co-Chair and Deputy President gets the “Co-Host” position
Make sure you do this or else they will hunt you down
The committees are doing what they're supposed to do:
Here's a list of what they are NOT supposed to do
Play with their phone
Doing other things that have nothing to do with the conference itself
Chatting: in the chat function or voice are both unacceptable
And more…
If you do find them doing what they are not supposed to:
Report to secretariat team
Tell them to stop whatever they are doing that is off-topic
