Typically the IT Coordinator's work only starts once the schools attending send in their forms and the committee rosters are finished.
So it will be around September (If schools manage to send in the information) ~ October, all of the workload (getting the information and making all of the necessary documents) will mostly be within one month of the conference.
I recommend not taking this position if you are a rising senior, as it may collide with your college application process. Although personally I only started my applications after this conference, so it's up to you to figure out if you will be able to handle it.

Making the Participants’ Certificates and Corrections
There will definitely be Last Minute Changes, you gotta make them really quickly, within a day right before the conference.
Staying on top of things is key.
Communicating with the Administration (your DSG),
Basically sending in the documents on time for printing.
Communicating with the Secretariat team, advisory teachers, and the Chairs of each committee.
