Vantage Points : Human performance and the values we attach to accomplishments can be viewed from various hierarchical perspectives, or vantage points. Rothwell (2013) states, "describing performance according to these levels helps those who conduct analysis to more clearly delineate the scope of what they are investigating, while also establishing an understanding of the interrelationships among the levels."
