Run an Administrator prompt
Navigate to C:\Program Files\Kyocera\NetGateway\netgw\lib
Run NetGW.Main.Update.exe and wait to complete
Navigate to C:\Program Files\Kyocera\NetGateway\netgw\updates
Run gw_*.exe
This will stop the KYOCERA NetGateway services, do the update and then start the Kyocera NetGateway services
