Notification criteria can have three statuses
Each status depends on different criteria.
Enabled
The criteria is active and error free.
Error
The criteria is no longer valid. This status is not manually changed by a user; rather it is set automatically by KFS. This status is triggered when there is an error with the criteria settings.
The following actions can cause an error
Device move
Device deletion
Group deletion
Group move
Access authority change
Management status change
"Notifications" permission (user or group) removal
Disabled
The criteria was manually disabled by someone. The notifications from this criteria will not be reported.
