Green tomatoes are available upon request, provided they are currently in production.

Please contact me to arrange a day and time for harvest.

Bell Pepper Harvesting

Some bell peppers will remain on the plant beyond their relative days to maturity (RDTM) in order to fully ripen and turn red.

Allowing peppers to mature to their red stage produces a sweeter, more flavorful pepper and increases their nutritional value.

Jalapeño Pepper Harvesting

Some Jalapeño peppers will remain on the plant beyond their initial maturity in order to turn red.

Allowing jalapeños to fully ripen increases their heat level and enhances their overall flavor.

This ensures Harvest Free provides the highest quality peppers possible.

Bulk Canning Policy

To support the mission of Harvest Free and ensure that as many people as possible benefit, large-quantity harvest requests for canning or bulk preservation cannot be accommodated.

The goal of Harvest Free is to share fresh produce with the many, not the few.
