Buckbeak's Justice

In my opinion, I believe that there was certainly an idea way to provide justice for everyone involved in the Buckbeak fiasco. It could've been somewhat resolved with some baring of communication. There is so much that can be obtained through a strong act of communication. Often times, we brush over the possibility of an issue being resolved by jumping straight to extreme measures. Justice is rightfully served when all parties have a complete understanding with one another and have thoroughly discussed the current issue with each other.
If everyone involved had simply sat down and addressed what they wanted to see more and less of, Buckbeak would've probably been able to avoid the fatal sentence he received. Draco could have verbally expressed the fact that he wished Buckbeak to not injure him (no matter the situation.) With this stated, Hagrid could have possibly agreed to keep Buckbeak on a tighter and more controlled leash in the future. This way, future conflicts could possibly be avoided.
