Professor Lockhart Qualifications

Like Harry, Ron, and Hermione, everyday people have to face the challenge of working with someone who is underqualified or they themselves weren't prepared for the job. There have been multiple times where I've had to work with people on projects where they had no idea what they were doing, that has led them to be underqualified in their department.

For example, today in chemistry we were working on a project where you were assigned an element and you had to make a graph and solve for the amount of heat absorbed the the element in each stage of the graph. There was only one other person in the room with the same element as you and my partner made no effort to come find me, even though he was struggling with the concept. Once he did find me, it was already too late for me to thoroughly explain the math to him. By the minimal effort on his part, he now has less of a chance understanding how to do heat absorption in chemistry.

Much like Lockhart, he will not have the qualifications needed to pass this units test. This proves that because Lockhart lied, he was put in situations where he was expected to have a solution that he couldn't provide.
