WHY Embracing Me?

Many children and young people from Global Majority communities grow up:


Embracing Me is a powerful 6-week programme with a developmental focus to help our children and young people grow into confident, resilient, and self-aware individuals.


How it works:

👧🏽🧑🏾 Age Groups

8–11 years – I Am Enough

12–14 years – Finding My Voice

15–18 years – Becoming Me

Each group is age-appropriate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive.


6 weekly group sessions focusing on different topics
👥 Small supportive groups
🎨 Creative activities, discussions & reflection
💬 No pressure to share personal trauma
This is a safe space where children and young people are seen, heard, and valued exactly as they are.
