EMBRACING ME: Confidence • Resilience • Identity
For Children & Young People (Ages 8–18)
WHY Embracing Me?
Many children and young people from Global Majority communities grow up:
Feeling pressure to meet expectations from different cultures
Carrying responsibility too young
Hiding parts of themselves to “fit in”
Lacking spaces that truly understand their experiences
Embracing Me is a powerful 6-week programme with a developmental focus to help our children and young people grow into confident, resilient, and self-aware individuals.
How it works:

Each group is age-appropriate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive.
