🔥Parents and caregivers of children aged 5–18
🔥African or Caribbean parent feeling the pressure?
🔥Struggling to discipline your child without feeling guilty, angry, or misunderstood?
🔥Feeling like your power as a parent has been taken away?
🔥Tired of having to fight to be heard at school?
🔥Feeling judged for how you discipline your child or afraid of getting it wrong?
🔥Worried about your child being misunderstood or treated unfairly?
🔥Carrying the weight of financial stress, racism, and limited support; often silently?
You’re not alone and you don’t have to do this by yourself.
Objectives
Understand how Afro-Caribbean cultural values shape parenting styles.
Build practical strategies for discipline, communication, and conflict resolution.
Learn trauma-informed approaches to support children’s emotional wellbeing.
Explore intergenerational and cultural identity challenges within families.
Access local community resources, peer support, and social networks.

Cost: £250 per parent (individual) or £400 per couple
