We’re delighted to announce that Hand In Hand Community CIC has been funded by Action Together’s Tameside Volunteer Celebration Fund.
Action Together invited local VCFSE groups across Oldham, Rochdale and Tameside to apply for one of their Volunteer Celebration Fund grants to support an activity during 2026.
Volunteers’ Week, 1-7 June, is a time to say thank you to our fantastic contribution volunteers make. During another difficult year, people from all walks of life have taken the time to volunteer and made a huge difference to people and their communities
Through the Volunteer Celebration Fund, we can say thank you to our volunteers and recognise the importance of their contribution and commitment. The fund is also an opportunity for us to focus on the recruitment of new volunteers.
