Join Nature Together: Community Connection Walks, a FREE 12-month programme for Afro-Caribbean families across Tameside designed to improve wellbeing, strengthen family relationships, and help communities connect with and care for nature.

The Lead Facilitator is Nelly Kwasinwi (she/her) who is culturally competent, trauma-informed practitioner, a Social Worker, Transformational Life Coach, Mental Health Advocate.
