Pilot Project: Reconnect & Rise – Trauma-Informed Parenting & Teen Empowerment Program

Aim is to Empower Families. Guide Healing. Lead with Heart.

Are you a professional who is:

✔ Passionate to learn and support parents and teens through trauma-informed practice?

✔ Has experience working with parents, teenagers, or families?

✔ Skilled or interested in group facilitation, emotional regulation, and conflict de-escalation.

✔ Building safe spaces for emotional healing and reconnection?
✔ Delivering impactful group-based interventions?

What You’ll Learn:

🔹 Trauma-informed facilitation skills
🔹 Co-regulation & emotional safety tools
🔹 Culturally responsive group leadership
🔹 Working with intergenerational dynamics
🔹 Strength-based communication
🔹 Managing conflict, disclosures, and safeguarding

Training Includes:

✅ 2-day in-person training
✅ Safeguarding & vicarious trauma guidance

✅ Child Protection Level 1 training - Online

✅ 1-1 life coaching

✅ Group supervision

✅ DBS (free of charge)

After the training:

Case allocation (families)

Facilitator to attend trainings with families: 2 joint sessions with parents and teens and 7 separate sessions.

💷 Cost: FREE training. You will be compensated for attending the training; you will be paid £20 per hour for facilitation after the training.
