Flying Aircraft
You are not allowed to fly a helicopter unless you are NPAS qualified. An exception to this rule is a co-pilot may take control if the pilot is dead or disconnected.
Even if you are retrieving a civilian helicopter and flying it back to the police station you must get someone from NPAS to fly it.
Under no circumstances are you allowed to pilot any airplane (including VTOL aircrafts)
Please refer to the NPAS handbook for rules and regulations regarding NPAS and their helicopters.
