Creating a Business is difficult!
The need to analysis customer's needs, turn their pains into pain relivers while considering our business revenues streams to create a profitable business
In my work, I will definitely be looking at touchpoints when developing something for a user
I find the many features of our application to be a bit overwhelming. Next time, I would focus on just the shopping features and events features.

I was able to link certain concepts to FSA.
Customer Relations is a crucial aspect when talking about events or businesses in general.
I wished to have incorporated more elements to the app to include more characteristics to the Value Proposition.
