After brainstorming and crafting our persona, we completed our customer mapping by creating a life story of our persona. This enables us to identify the pains and gains of our persona which lead us to our value proposition. Not only that, we are able to think through the product/solution our persona needs.
For our persona life story, We brainstorm on what jobs had irregular working hours that our persona does not have the time for himself and a job that require our persona to be fit. After much research, being a CID would be a great fit for our persona.
We had a timeline plan as well. The age he got married, had a son, divorce after a few years of marriage and now he is worried that he might be alone without a partner if he does not make an effort to find for one.
We decided to be creative in presenting our customer journey. We look through the lecture and found out the above example can be used.
Hence, we created PowerPoint slides with a table to showcase the customer journey part of a day in the life of our persona. Since we mention that our persona has no time to find a new partner and he finds time precious, We showcased his working day and rest day.
We did a consultation to show our virtual gallery presentation slides, our group lack on the creativity of presentation. Hence, we decided to use different platforms to showcase our virtual gallery presentation.
We used the software genially to better illustrate our customer journey in a visually-pleasing as well as interactive way.
