Unfortunately, we are unable to find a direct solution for Netania's feedback. This is due to the fact that giving limited number of keys to our users is a form of persuasion for them to purchase TISL's subscription plans. If we were to implement Netania's feedback, TISL would be looking at a financial loss, as without the required motivation, one of TISL's major revenue streams would be down.
To decrease the customer's disappointment, we could add an alternative way to earn keys apart from directly spending money. Similar to a game application like on the left, users can earn an extra key by watching a video advertisement (Limited to one redemption a week). This way, they can unlock more contacts. We also collect revenue through commission from advertisers, hence this is a feasible compensation to the problem Netania posed.
