Our paper on the role of APOBEC3B in R-loop biology and cancer mutagenesis has been published by Nature Genetics. This was an epic collaborative project between our lab, the lab of Reuben Harris (UT Health San Antonio) and Kyle Miller (University of Texas). Fantastic effort from all 3 labs and perfect outcome!!!
