Ela Tabbouche

Ela is studying Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry at the University of Oxford and undertaking her Part II Master’s project in the Gromak lab. Last summer, she completed an internship at the Weizmann Institute of Science, investigating the role of epigenetic modifier EZH2 in shaping the tumour microenvironment of triple-negative breast cancer. 

In the Gromak lab, her research focuses on the role of non-canonical RNA/DNA structures in the human pathologies.
