Moon Phases

Students will be able to: Use Neutral Colors to Create Value. 

This month all Graham students have been learning about the element of art, Value. Our First Graders learned about the neutral colors, black, brown, grey, and white. They also learned about the phases of the moon. Students used black to illustrate the parts of the moon that were in shadow. They used the mid-tone neutral colors to create the moon's craters. 🌗
