Implying Form

Students will be able to: Use Cross-Contour Lines to Imply Form.

This month all Graham students have been learning about the element of art, Form. Our Fifth Graders learned how cross-contour lines are used to show the surface of a form. They chose an object and created a cross-contour study of it. Students then learned about how to dilute water-based media to create different values. Using a copy of that same sketch, students then added value to imply form.🍎
