Zooming in on Zoo Animals

Students will be able to: Define implied texture and shift their perspective to imply a greater amount of texture.

This month all Graham students have been learning about texture. Our Seventh Graders learned about implied texture; they also learned that by zooming in, they can reveal a greater amount of texture. They chose their animals from a collection of nonfiction books. Then, they drew their animals three times. Each time they zoomed in even more. 🦓
